About Tera Garden Design, international landscaper for The Hague 

The director of Tera Garden Design is Italian Dario Balbonieen. His more than 15 years of international experience, spans Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. The basis for his work is an enormous fascination with gardens and garden architecture. This passion is concretized with a Postgraduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture from Kingston University in London, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Design and Planning (currently Landscape Architecture) from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom.

After graduating in 2003, has had the opportunity to work with some of the best landscape architects in the world. Including landscape architecture firms Latz + Partner in Germany and Stijlgroep in the Netherlands. Between 2007 and 2010, he worked directly with Ms. Wannaporn Phornprapha of PLanscape, one of Southeast Asia's most talented landscape architects. This was followed by years of experience at Terrain Design Bahamas in the Caribbean.

With all these gained experiences, Dario developed his own style that can be named as: A natural interplay between beauty and functionality. Dario has now set foot on Dutch soil again, where he focuses on Tera Garden Design on Garden Design in The Hague and its surroundings.
