No matter the location, once we are contacted by you, we set up a meeting to understand the scope of the project and desire of the client. Site Plans, Aerial photos, developing the client wish list, drone videos all help us to gather information and crystallize into the client's vision. Once the direction of the project is clear, we arrange a site visit and/or conference call to carry our further reconnaissance primarily to determine the feasibility of the clients desires. Phase 1 is crucial to ensure that both parties are on the same accord in order to meet the client's wishes and fulfill the dream!

Design

The design component, Phase 2, is divided into two parts: 2A - the Conceptual and Schematic design where we compile reference images, create an image board, and draft the initial preliminary plans and sketches; followed by a preliminary rendering and compilation planting palette, hardscape options and other samples, eventually culminating into the 'Approved Master Plan'. This is followed by part 2B where the approved Master Plan is developed into Working drawings and contract documentation.



Assist to build

After the Working drawings and documents fo are submitted we assist the client in the project administration under Phase 3 of the arrangement. This phase primarily consists of supporting the client in the biding process and in the selection of the contractor. Once the contractor is selected we visit the site at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction, or as agreed to ensure the works are completed in accordance with Contract Drawings. Ultimately we an provide in-the field review and observation along with a final walk-through, for final acceptance and handing over the garden to the client.
